Terms & Conditions
- • GENERAL: I do not draw NSFW content, however, gore and horror are acceptable. I reserve the right to decline any commissions for any reason! All works are done digitally in Microsoft paint, Photoshop, Clip Studio Paint or Blender.
- • PRICING & PAYMENT: Discuss with me about it. All prices are negotiable. IMPORTANT: Please note that all prices are subject to change from base pricing. Contributing reasons can include, but are not limited to: express timelines, complexity of a given design, project size/intensity, or intended usage. Pricing details are to be decided between myself and the commissioner! Complexity fees may apply for highly detailed requests (e.g. detailed rendering in armor, fancy poses or angles). The payment process is done either through Vgen (Paypal), Artistree (Paypal/Stripe) or Wise (up to the preference of the client). 100% upfront payment is preferable, but a partial starting fee is also fine.
- • REFUND: No refund after work is complete. Transactions are final after they are made. I will not be held responsible if the client sends any incorrect amounts.
- • DELIVERY: The time for each piece will depend on the process but should usually take between 4 days - 2 weeks.
- • CLIENT'S RIGHTS: I do not consent for my work to be used for NFTS / the training of generative AI. Clients can use the artwork for their own personal works, projects, merch, and etc., provided that the artist is clearly and distinctly credited for those works. When works are used for commercial purposes, the fee will cost up to +100% of the base price.
- • ARTIST RIGHTS: If you repost my works in other places, please credit me or link my socials. The artist always retains full copyright and ownership of the artwork unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
